I’m Monica, an Instruction Technologist with 20+ years of experience in higher education, specializing in building online courses using today’s technology. I’m passionate about improving student outcomes and creating engaging online learning experiences. I provide high-quality program development to support this work and collaborate closely with Instructional Designers and the production team. Our team also maintains all active courses and performs critical fixes in live sections as needed.
