Special Project Requests

Special projects are those that require IDD support but are outside of the scope of typical course development projects such as new course builds, course alignments, and critical fixes. Special project requests will be evaluated by IDD leadership and when appropriate, the provost team, to determine priority and scheduling.

Please review examples of special projects below before submitting a ticket. Submitting a special project request does not guarantee that your project will be completed by the requested completion date. IDD may request additional information from the submitter to evaluate the request and resource needs.

Note: This form is not for requesting changes related to accreditation or licensure issues. If you have one of those issues, that change request should go up through the Executive Dean of your college who will present the issue at a Provost Team meeting.
