Meghan is the Director of Instructional Design and Development (IDD) Operations at Excelsior University. Over the years, she has taken on many roles, including positions in academic advising, academic operations, and course management. Each step in her journey has deepened her understanding of how to effectively support students and faculty.
She collaborates closely with colleagues from Creative Learning and Media Services, Production, LMS administration, and the Colleges to ensure that Excelsior’s courses meet the highest standards and provide an excellent experience for students. Meghan is passionate about creating processes that make course development smooth and efficient while supporting faculty in delivering innovative, engaging learning experiences. Whether developing new content or aligning an existing course, her goal is always to ensure the work reflects Excelsior’s mission to empower lifelong learners.
Outside of project-planning mode, Meghan enjoys connecting with colleagues across the university to brainstorm ideas and solve challenges. She is always happy to chat about course design, academic operations, or anything Excelsior-related.
