Christie has been in education for fifteen years, creating learning for a variety of audiences: from high school teaching, to university instructional design, and designing customer education for SaaS companies. She’s passionate about creating approachable and equitable learning. She is particularly interested in student-centered instruction, reducing cognitive load, and removing external barriers to learning. Christie currently teaches a part-time Gender Studies course for Rutgers University.
